Philip Zimbardo

Philip Zimbardo is an American psychologist and a professor emeritus at Stanford University, best known for his Stanford prison study. An author of various introductory psychology books and textbooks for college students, including the New York Times bestseller “The Lucifer Effect” and “The Time Paradox.” He is the founder and president of the Heroic Imagination Project. Zimbardo has served as an influential figure in psychology and has been given numerous awards and honors for his service to the profession.
