John M. Gottman

Widely considered one of the most influential therapists of the modern age, John Gottman is an award-winning American psychological researcher with four decades of experience researching marital stability and divorce prediction. He has authored more than 200 academic papers and over 40 books. He also co-founded the Gottman Institute with his wife, clinical psychologist Dr. Julie Schwartz Gottman – co-author of several books, including “Eight Dates.”
